I’m Ghazal (like the animal ‘gazelle’). I’m the Founder & CEO of The ORAE Group, a collective of companies shaping the future of culture, media, and experience. I’m also an artist, filmmaker, and writer with an active practice across film, long-form writing, and narrative worlds.

I build what doesn’t yet exist.

My work sits at the edge: the moment before a story, a brand, or a venture has language, structure, or proof. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve founded and led creative, media, and strategy-driven companies; developed original IP; and built platforms across film, storytelling, experiential work, brand creation, and early-stage ventures. My creative practice and my leadership aren’t separate pursuits. They inform one another, and that’s where everything I do gets its coherence.

Whether I’m building a company, producing media, advising a founder, or writing about how power and narrative actually work, my focus is always the same: moving the unseen into being. Coherence, depth, and longevity, across everything.
